I have an idea for a custom fountain that I want to have built for my home/business. How do I get started?

If you have created a drawing or selected a photograph from our custom fountains image gallery that resembles your idea, just e-mail or fax it to us and we'll choose a custom fountain manufacturer whose work best fits your needs. We will work with the designer to create the custom fountain you've envisioned, down to the last details. You'll get a quote based on your requested dimensions, materials and options. Whether you want a large custom fountain installation or simply a wall or floor fountain engraved with your business logo, we'll make the process as smooth as possible to ensure that you're fully satisfied with the experience and the results.

Can I customize a particular fountain I see on your web site?

I'd like to have a photograph/work of art turned into a wall fountain. Can you make this happen?

We have the capability to create a stunning custom artwork wall fountain for any interior space. You choose the image and the size, and our custom fountain designers will create a one-of-a-kind fountain that will be the center of attention in any room. Contact us, today, for details.

The idea that I have doesn't resemble any of the example photographs in your custom fountains image gallery. Is it still possible to have it created for me?

All you have to do is give us a call and we'll work with you to create a custom fountain based on your vision. Send us a photograph of where you want your custom fountain installed and tell us about your idea. We'll talk to you about the materials, shapes and designs that will work for the area you've selected. We have many fountain designers available for custom work, so we can create a wide variety of styles to suite anyone's tastes.

Is it possible to add my logo to a fountain?

Absolutely! If you are interested in adding a logo to your unit, we require either an EPS or vector file with the logo image. This will ensure that the logo image produced is of the highest quality.

How does the custom fountain ordering process work?

Once we finalize your design and start working with one of our fountain manufacturers on the creation process, we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit. We will keep you updated on the manufacturing process and ensure that you are pleased with the progress and results. Once the fountain is completed, the balance is due along with shipping costs. The fountain will be shipped to you once we receive payment in full.

Typical costs incurred to customize a fountain range from 2-3 times the cost of a standard unit. The only exception to this is the addition of a logo to a standard unit.

Does the price quoted for my custom fountain include shipping and sales tax?

Sales tax is charged to residents of the state of North Carolina only. Shipping charges for custom fountains are not included in the initial quote and depend upon the size and weight of the shipment. You will be notified of the shipping amount before your custom fountain leaves the manufacturer's facility.

What colors and materials are available for a custom fountain design?

We have a wide variety of materials available including glass, stainless steel, copper, slate, and acrylic. There are several different colors of natural slate available. Once you've decided what material you'd like your fountain to be made of, we can work with you on colors.

How long does it usually take to have a custom fountain made and delivered?

The lead time for a custom fountain depends upon the type, size, and complexity of the design you choose. Having a fountain engraved with a logo can take as little as 4 weeks, while large fountain installations may take much longer to design and create - up to 6 months. After we discuss your ideas and options over the phone, we will determine the expected lead time with the help of the fountain manufacturer.

Will you install my custom fountain for me?

Some of our fountain manufacturers are available for installation of large custom projects for an additional fee. Smaller custom fountains can often be easily installed by the customer. However, depending on the complexity of the project, a contractor, electrician and/or plumber can usually take care of the setup in approximately 3-5 hours.

I would like to see an example of a custom-built fountain in person before I make a purchase. Where can I find one?

If you let us know what kind of custom fountain you're interested in, we can locate the closest similar custom installation to your area so you can possibly see it in person. However, many of our custom projects are in private homes and unavailable for viewing.

Are custom fountains returnable?

All custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. We will work with you throughout the fountain design and creation process to ensure your complete satisfaction.
